I’ve done a lot of cool, surreal things since I got to Paris yesterday which I’ll surely be posting about at length. But my favorite so far was getting to see my French cousins @jimrosem, a successful musician and photographer who travels the world shooting for publications like Harpers Bazaar, and 92-year-old Dora, a matriarch who survived the Holocaust here and has lived in this same Paris apartment for 50 years. ❤️

Hanging with my @lamag coworkers this week: Lunching with @shirleyhalperin, @bizzypiggy and eyebrow and beauty maven @anastasiasoare at her beautiful home; my Unforgettable Evening at @beverlywilshire with @andrewcurryla (plus Sting, Demi Moore and Tom Cruise, who I last saw 10 years ago while wearing this exact same dress); and car shopping with @christophergia (or something like that). While we caught the eclipse from the roof of @pendrywesthollywood, Chloe did so from Brooklyn, NY. 🕶️

It was incredible sitting down (upon her invitation) and chatting with @iamsandraohinsta, meeting the sharp and witty @robertdowneyjr (who was pulled away but turned right back to me and picked up where we left off, saying, “So to answer your question…”), and posing with the versatile and amazingly talented @hoaxuande, a rising star. But nothing meant more to me than meeting @viet_t_nguyen, author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel The Sympathizer — which I loved from that very first and now-famous line.
